Yes, after the required resources are ready. Web ownership checks and store purchase restoration still need a connection.
Web: prepare the resources first
Open the game while online. The Offline & install section in the menu shows when the resources are ready. The free gardens can then be played offline. Installing a shortcut alone does not confirm that the resources have finished downloading.
Web: purchased gardens
Purchased Web gardens also need a valid signed license on this browser. The license lasts up to seven days, then needs an online ownership check. Reconnecting renews the authorization for an owned purchase; you do not pay again.
Native store versions
Everyday play can use the resources included in the app. Buying, restoring and store ownership checks generally need an internet connection. Store purchases are restored with the original store account.
Protect local progress
Progress is stored locally. Clearing browser storage or uninstalling an app can remove it. Export a full JSON backup before changing devices; email sign-in and purchase restoration are not cloud saves.
If offline play is unavailable
Reconnect, open the game's Offline & install section, allow the resources to finish, and check your purchase with the correct account if needed. Signing out of the Web account removes its local offline ownership license.
